At the Serapinia brewery, we conduct small-scale experiments and production daily, combining the possibilities of fermentation with botanicals.
Mashing, fermentation, aging, filling.
We meticulously oversee each step to ensure that the unique character of the ingredients shines through as authentically as possible.

We prioritize a manageable scale over mass production.
This allows us to cultivate flavors gradually, responding to the ingredients of the season, the conditions of the day, and the unique variations of each batch.

1. Mashing Equipment Photo

Brewhouse
The mashing equipment is the starting point for beverage creation.
This crucial step extracts sweetness from malt, refines the contours of the ingredients, and establishes the foundation of the flavor.
We meticulously adjust temperatures and times for each recipe to achieve the desired aroma and texture.

 

Fermentation Tanks
The mashed liquid slowly transforms in the fermentation tanks.
As yeast works, sugars convert to alcohol, and develop aroma and depth.
Temperature control and precise fermentation monitoring significantly influence the final impression.

 

Botanicals & Ingredients
Our botanical-infused designs are crafted using Serapinia's unique methods.
Incorporating herbs, spices, fruits, and sometimes local ingredients, we aim for more than just flavoring; we integrate them as part of the drink's identity.

Finishing
After fermentation, the beverage is conditioned and then filled into bottles or cans.
