TASTING

Taste at the place of creation.

At Serapinia, we don't just offer drinks; we value the entire experience, including where and how you enjoy them.
We invite you to learn about our taproom, which is currently open and adjoins our brewery, and our tasting room, which will adjoin our distillery and is currently under preparation.

Taproom
In the taproom, which is attached to the brewery, you can enjoy drinks in their freshest state, along with the atmosphere of the place.
The aroma the moment it's poured into the glass, the way it spreads in your mouth, and the lingering finish after you swallow.
It's a space where you can feel the story behind each drink by tasting it right next to where it's made.

Serapinia's drinks are made not only from malt and yeast but also by incorporating the unique characteristics of botanicals such as herbs, spices, and fruits.
In the taproom, you can compare the different aromas and textures to find a taste that suits you.
In addition to enjoying a flight, the time spent choosing a drink to match your mood or the season is one of the charms of this place.

Tasting Room at the Distillery (Under Planning)
As another location, we are also preparing a tasting room attached to the distillery.
This is currently under renovation and not yet available for use.

Once completed, it will be a place where you can more deeply experience the world of spirits and aromas, feeling the atmosphere of the distillation process itself.
We aim to create a space where you can savor the slightly different tranquility and tension compared to brewing, and even the moment the aroma of botanicals rises.

Although it has not yet taken shape, we are steadily preparing it as another important experiential space for Serapinia.

The connection between the place of creation and the place of tasting.
This is one of the philosophies that Serapinia values.
We hope you can enjoy not just a drink, but also the scenery, aromas, and time behind it.
