Returns and Exchanges

Upon arrival, please check the contents of your order promptly.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges only in the event of our shipping error or a defective product.

1. In Case of Shipping Error

We will exchange the product for the correct one at our expense.
Please contact us on the same day the product arrives.

2. In Case of Defective Product

We will exchange the product for the same item at our expense.
If the same product cannot be arranged, we will issue a refund.
Please contact us within 2 days of the product's arrival, including the arrival date.

3. Regarding Returns

Products eligible for return or exchange must be sent back within 7 days after you receive instructions from us.
If the deadline is missed, we may not be able to accept the return or exchange.

4. Regarding Returns Due to Long Absence, Unknown Address, etc.

If a product is returned to us due to a long absence, unknown address, refusal to accept, etc., the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or that have been damaged or soiled due to customer responsibility.
