This is a standard mead that uses honey from Yoshino, Nara Prefecture, and faithfully brings out the soft sweetness and aroma of the honey itself.
It has a rich, floral aroma, a mellow taste, and a gentle, lingering finish. While sweet, it is not overly heavy, and we've crafted it to be a gentle drink with an alcohol content of 9%.
While it can be enjoyed chilled for a refreshing taste, allowing it to warm up slightly will bring out even more of the rich aroma and depth derived from the Yoshino honey.
This is a bottle for directly savoring the blessings of nature.
